Responsible Gaming

The Casinò Acqua is a place to spend an evening, not a way to make money. These are the rules we keep and the help we offer.

Adults only: 18+

Entry to the casino floor is for people aged 18 and over. Everyone is asked for valid photo ID at the door, including hotel guests. We do not allow anyone under 18 to play, watch at the tables or wait on the casino floor.

Keeping it fun

Decide how much you are prepared to lose before you sit down and stop when it is gone. Take breaks, keep track of time, and never borrow money to gamble or try to win back losses. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, it is time to step away.

Limits and self-exclusion

Any member of the casino team or the duty manager can set a limit on how often you visit, or exclude you from the casino for a period you choose. Requests are handled in private and take effect immediately.
