What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Let us know your arrival time and we will try to have the room ready earlier.
How old do I need to be to enter the casino?
You must be 18 or older. Everyone shows valid photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) at the casino entrance, hotel guests included.
Can visitors who are not staying at the hotel use the casino?
Yes. Visitors aged 18+ are welcome with ID. Hotel guests get free entry and a welcome drink at the casino bar.
Is there a dress code in the casino?
Smart casual. Swimwear, sportswear and flip-flops are not allowed on the casino floor.
How do limits and casino bans work?
Speak to any casino host or the duty manager. Visit limits and bans are handled in private, and a casino ban issued in Switzerland applies to every Swiss casino.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, on most rates. Breakfast is served on the terrace, or in the restaurant on cooler days, from 07:00 to 11:00.
How do I get to the hotel?
Lugano Airport is about 20 minutes away and Milan Malpensa about an hour. We can arrange a car, or our boat can collect you from the Lugano lakefront.
Is parking available?
Covered parking costs CHF 25 per night and includes electric car charging. Please reserve a space with your room.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Two Lake View Doubles on the ground floor have step-free access and a roll-in shower. The lift reaches every floor, the pool and the casino.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged at the time of booking.
